These terms explain the rules applicable when you visit kevorau.com, use a customer account, or purchase Kevorau™ desktop organizer cups.

Kevorau™ and kevorau.com are operated by Foshan Wenlan Optical Network Technology Co., Ltd.. We, us, and our refer to this company. By using the store or ordering, you agree to these terms and applicable linked policies. If you disagree, discontinue use.
Eligibility
To purchase independently, you must have reached the age of majority in your place of residence and have legal capacity to enter an agreement. A minor may use the store only with a parent or guardian’s involvement and permission.
Customer Accounts
Provide current, complete, and accurate information. Protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. We may proportionately restrict accounts to prevent fraud, protect customers, address material violations, or comply with law.
Product Information
Review each product’s dimensions, materials, finish, capacity, compartments, intended use, and included components. Features vary. Screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing tolerances can produce minor variations. Props and stationery in photographs are included only if the listing expressly says so. Material errors affecting an existing order will be addressed with an appropriate solution.
Order Submission and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily constitute acceptance. Acceptance generally occurs when fulfillment or dispatch is confirmed, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may decline orders for legitimate inventory, pricing, payment, fraud, or shipping reasons. Canceled paid items will be refunded.
Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are in USD unless another currency is shown. Charges collected by us are displayed at checkout. Other bank or import fees may apply. Use an available payment method you are authorized to use. If a genuine pricing correction materially changes an existing order, we will seek your agreement or cancel and refund the affected item.
Processing and Delivery
Normal processing is 2–4 business days, or up to 5 in busy periods. Estimated standard U.S. transit is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees. Provide a complete address. Risk and title pass as required by applicable law. See Shipping Policy for delays, tracking, and remedies.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact support before shipping back. The registered business address is not automatically the return destination. Eligible refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. See Return & Refund Policy.
Order Problems
Report damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items promptly, preferably within 7 days, with order details and relevant evidence. This suggested period does not reduce the 30-day window or mandatory rights. Confirmed problems attributable to us will receive an appropriate remedy without additional costs caused by our error.
Changes and Cancellations
Request changes as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation or changes after processing or fulfillment begins. No fee applies to a successful cancellation before fulfillment. Dispatched orders generally follow the return procedure.
Promotions
Promotions follow their disclosed dates, eligibility, exclusions, and limits. Unless the offer says otherwise, codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid after discounts.
Product Use and Care
Desktop organizer cups are for organization as described in their listings. Unless expressly specified, they are not drinking vessels, food containers, toys, or suitable for heating. Use on stable surfaces, balance the contents, avoid overloading, and follow model-specific care instructions. Keep small or breakable parts away from young children and pets. Do not assume dishwasher, microwave, or water resistance unless expressly stated.
Bulk Purchases and Resale
Contact us before bulk or commercial purchases. We may apply reasonable quantity limits or verification. Do not represent yourself as an authorized Kevorau™ distributor without written permission.
Intellectual Property
Our branding, website design, text, images, and other protected content are owned by or licensed to us. Third-party rights remain with their owners. Personal lawful shopping access does not transfer ownership or authorize commercial copying or exploitation beyond uses permitted by law.
Reviews and Customer Content
Submit only content you have the right to share. You retain ownership. For content voluntarily submitted for publication, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt for formatting in connection with operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and platform settings. Honest reviews are not prohibited or penalized. Unlawful, infringing, private, abusive, unrelated, or spam content may be moderated where permitted.
Prohibited Conduct
Do not submit fraudulent orders, unauthorized payments, malicious code, or false information; impersonate others; unlawfully collect information; interfere with security or availability; or bypass access controls and purchase limits. Proportionate restrictions may be applied.
Third-Party Services
Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other independent services may have their own terms. Links do not necessarily imply endorsement. This provision does not remove responsibility that applicable law places on us for our own obligations or providers acting on our behalf.
Events Outside Reasonable Control
Severe weather, carrier disruption, infrastructure outages, government actions, and similar events may cause delays. We will take reasonable steps to reduce their impact. Required cancellation, refund, and other rights remain available.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, website access is provided as is and as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation. Any limitation on liability applies only where lawful. Nothing excludes mandatory warranties or remedies, fraud, willful misconduct, or liability for personal injury or other matters that cannot lawfully be limited.
Applicable Law and Disputes
The laws applicable to the transaction govern, preserving mandatory protections available in your place of residence. Contact support first to seek resolution. Nothing requires waiver of lawful access to courts, regulators, or available remedies.
Severability and No Waiver
An invalid provision may be severed or limited to the extent necessary; the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive future enforcement. These terms and applicable linked policies form the agreement except for specific terms clearly presented with a product or promotion.
Updates
Revisions will be posted with an updated date and apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Material changes will be communicated where required. Terms applicable when an order is placed generally govern that order unless legally required or agreed otherwise.
